With this service, I provide a facility to construct and/or manage databases using Microsoft Access.

Facility to produce a list of phone numbers

perhaps of a particular category for your tele-sales department- useful if you need to arrange appointments with a particular group of your customers.

Ability to produce reports

e.g. to enable you to assess and analyse the merits of various forms of advertising and marketing, and to keep track of which of your customers are producing most profit for your business.

Quite simply, to make it generally very much easier and quicker for you to keep your name in front of your clients and customers on a regular basis and in a targeted fashion.
